Pastor Kent Hogan was born and raised in Connersville, Indiana. The Lord called him to preach in 1982, and in 1985 packed up his family and moved to Springfield, Missouri. He graduated from Baptist Bible College in May of 1989. He has served as youth pastor in Oklahoma, Connecticut and Indiana. He pastored the Bible Baptist Church in Carthage, Missouri from 2000 until 2020. In 2019 the Lord called the Hogan's to Israel and in 2022 moved there for a short 3 months. Returning to the States in September to pack more housing and ministry needs, they returned in November 2022. Unfortunately they were denied re-entry and returned to the States. They spent all of 2023 traveling and updating supporting churches waiting for word to re-enter. However, on October 7, 2023 Hamas invaded Israel making it almost impossible to move back. Since they believed the door was closed they had been praying for the Lord to open another door for ministry. God opened that door when they received a call from Old Pathway Baptist Church! Bro. Hogan was called to pastor Old Pathway Baptist Church December 24, 2024.
